  3. In this section you will find all the additional software that you need to get the full GamesZone experience.

  5. Simply click on the name of the software you require and follow the download instructions.

  7. The extras software is as follows:

  9. i-chat (Explorer & Netscape)
  10. When you visit WWW.GamesZone.Net, your browser will display both the site's content and a real-time, ongoing chat session with GamesZone sysops and players. Communication is simple - you enter a conversation by typing in what you want to say. If you can use a web browser, you can communicate with i-chat.
  11. i-chat comes as a browser plug-in which you can install by clicking on the buttons to the left.

  14. The i-chat pager delivers instant communications capabilities around the globe. With the i-chat pager, you're instantly connected to friends and associates. See who's on line. Send messages immediately. Participate in real-time discussion.

  16. Explorer
  17. Install Microsoft Explorer 3.02 by clicking on the button to the left.

  19. Netscape Communicator
  20. Install Netscape Communicator by clicking on this button. To play Engage games you must use a browser other than Internet Explorer 4. We recommend Netscape Communicator to get the best from the Engage games channel.

  22. DirectX
  23. DirectX supports a lot of the multi-media functionality used by some of the games in GamesZone.Net. DirectX will be automatically installed by the games that need it. However, just in case it is missing, you can install it from here by clicking on the DirectX button to the left.
